Under 24 hours from when your files land with us, so you can safely promise next-day. We work from Cairo, which means Australian jobs are built overnight. If we miss 24 hours, half the wholesale fee is credited automatically.

Do I need to change how I shoot?

No. Send the set exactly as you deliver it. It helps to avoid frames containing people, legible signage, house numbers and large mirrors, because those are the images least likely to produce clean motion, but we will simply exclude anything unusable and tell you which frames we dropped.

Can I put my own LUT and titles on it?

Yes, that is what the A$999 template build is. We lock your grade, your title system, your logo animation and your sound bed once, then apply them to every order after that. Most partners find it pays for itself in the first month.

What if a film comes back wrong?

One revision round is included on every wholesale order. If a revision cannot fix it, you are not charged for that film, and your first order is 25% off whether or not you go on to a volume tier.

Are the films compliant for Australian listings?

Every film is built to a published red list, no added or removed features, no altered views, no sky replacement, no invented rooms, and ships with a burned-in AI-assistance disclosure and a paired-originals page. You can hand that standard straight to a nervous principal. Read it here.
